Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BlueDots Media LLC (“we”) collects and uses information when you use PinClimb.

What we collect

• Information you give us: email address, business name, city, keywords, plan choices and messages you send us.
• Public business data: public Google Maps listing details (name, address, category, rating, review count) for the businesses you scan and their competitors.
• Connected accounts (paid plans): if you connect a Google Business Profile, we access only the data needed for the features you turn on.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs, used for security and to limit abuse.

How we use it

• To run scans, produce reports and provide the service.
• To show your report and reply to you. We send product or launch emails only if you tick the box asking for them, or if you reserved a plan, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

PinClimb's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile data only to provide the features you request, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or comply with law.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: hosting, database and bot protection (Cloudflare, including Turnstile), search data (DataForSEO), AI processing (OpenAI), email delivery, and payments (Paddle, our Merchant of Record). Map images in reports are loaded from a map tile provider (currently OpenStreetMap), which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Bot protection may set strictly necessary cookies to tell people from automated traffic.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days after you close it, unless the law requires longer. Data received from Google APIs is kept no longer than permitted by Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Australia), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. Email support@pinclimb.com and we will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

BlueDots Media LLC is registered in the United States, and our team works remotely, including from Vietnam. Our providers may process data in other countries. We rely on our providers' standard safeguards for these transfers.
