If PinClimb isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you forget to cancel, contact us within 7 days of a monthly renewal or 14 days of a yearly renewal and we will refund that renewal if you have not used the service since it renewed.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Email support@pinclimb.com with the email used for your purchase, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
